Delivery of Care

Clients may be referred to us through the local council, GPs or they may have sought us out themselves. We seek to give all clients the utmost, high quality care. We get to know our clients through close liaison with clients, families and professionals to ensure that we provide tailored care suited to the individual's needs.

We are registered with, and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, employing various safeguards to ensure the safety of clients and carers. All staff have a check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as standard as a condition of work. We are currently CQC rated 'Good', and we are continually working on our service to improve and provide the highest quality care for our clients.

Reablement Care

We are the leading provider of reablement care throughout Telford and Wrekin and Staffordshire. Where you need a period of time in hospital, we can ensure you settle back into your own home with maximum success. Using a strength-based and person-centered approach we promote autonomy, wellbeing and choice. Being in your own home can improve your chances of recovery and limits your time in hospital.

Support to Live Independently

Our goal is to endorse independence through dignity and choice, these factors underline the care that we provide to clients in our communities. Our aim is to enable individuals to stay safe in their own homes, retain their independence and continue to do what they love.

Care for Dementia Clients

Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals live happy and fulfilling lives.

We provide dementia specific training to our carers to ensure we support our clients who are living with Dementia, to provide a safe and rewarding environment. We work closely with local and national professionals to provide a holistic service to our clients in the local community.
